The Ministry of Worship Technicians is designed to enrich the lives of the congregation as they enter into the House of God, assisting the pastor in fulfilling the goals for the congregation, functioning in a crucial public relations role for the church. The Worship Technician Ministry is about interacting with people.  Each technician is one who serves God through serving members of the congregation and visitors.  It is a privilege to make the first and lasting impression of the church to the people.  Worship Technicians are extremely important in conveying friendliness and hospitality.  They set the tone by offering the first welcome and what they do contributes immensely to the orderliness of the service. A worship technician is an officer of the church that serves, one who welcomes members of the congregation and visitors into the worship service.  A worship technician is a doorkeeper, a forerunner, or one who walks before a person in rank.  It is the art of making the members and guests feel comfortable.  It is also lending spiritual dignity to the whole worship service.
